Terminal 4 Departures & Holdrooms Transformation, JFK

These projects entailed the modernization of the check-in hall on the Departures Level and the renovation of seventeen (17) holdrooms on Concourses A and B for JFKIAT at John F. Kennedy International Airport. These projects are a part of a larger, multi-phase transformation program for Terminal 4.

LaGuardia Terminal B
Construction Program, LGA

This program entailed the construction of several projects including the Custom Water Feature, the TSA Send Off Zone, Vendor Concession Storage Program, Arktura Wall Panel Installation, Sarah Sze and Jeppe Hein Balloon Art installations, TSA equipment installation, JC Decaux signage installation, the Multi- Level Platform and the Vacant Tenant Space Enclosures for LaGuardia Gateway Partners at LaGuardia Airport.

British Airways
Terminal 7 Renovations, JFK

VRH provided CMAR services including pre-construction for the renovation of landside terminal improvements including the public areas, lounge facilities, concession areas, facilities and maintenance, baggage systems, and information technology for British Airways at Terminal 7, John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Signature Flight Support
FBO Interim Terminal and Expansion, EWR

This LEED Gold certified project entailed the renovation of 3,350 s.f. of an existing FBO terminal and the expansion of 9,500 s.f. of terminal area for Signature Flight Support BBA Aviation at Newark Liberty International Airport.

United Airlines
Terminal Renovations, EWR

This program entails the completed and ongoing construction for multiple projects for United Airlines at Newark Liberty International Airport.

American Airlines
Terminal 8 Redevelopment, JFK

VRH provided construction management-at-risk (CMAR) services for the construction of American Airlines’ new 36-gate, 1.5 million s.f. terminal complex at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

As the CMAR, VRH ensured operational continuity for the entirety of this multi-phased, eight-year project that was constructed under a joint venture agreement.

PANYNJ
Terminal B Modernization, EWR

VRH developed three components of the Terminal B Modernization Program for the Port Authority of NY & NJ at Newark Liberty International Airport.

Major elements of construction included conversion of the ground parking garage into a new baggage claim hall, development of domestic airline ticket counters and offices on the mid-level, a new international ticket office on the upper level, and installation of a new inline baggage system.

Delta Air Lines
Terminal C/D Redevelopment, LGA

This project entailed providing CMAR services including pre-construction services for the redevelopment of Terminals C/D at LaGuardia Airport comprising approximately 300,000 s.f. of terminal space for Delta Air Lines.
