Located across four offices in the NY/NJ metropolitan area, our leadership team has an average tenure of twenty three years with the company, while company-wide, our average employee tenure is thirteen years. Our flat organizational structure allows for quick and efficient decision making and provides a level of personal accountability that is unique for a company of our size.
All VRH field operations personnel have Port Authority-issued SIDA badges at EWR, JFK and LGA allowing for immediate project startup and access to airside operations areas as required. To further enhance the nimbleness of our operation, the company employs thirty-five full-time tradesman who perform work ranging from site clean-up to drywall and carpentry to ornamental metal “installations”. This ability to self-perform specific construction activities enables VRH to set the pace for the project, maintain cost compliance and increase our flexibility in responding to project and scope changes.
